Fajitas and Margaritas!

Hello my fellow foodies, today on what's on the menu Shannon Pogue Eats presents: Fajitas and Margaritas!
So stay tuned for some recipes, videos, pics and a cute little movie called Lunch Luchadorz! Enjoy!










Fajita Recipe
1pkg of Tyson grilled ready seasoned steak strips
1pkg of El Paso fajita seasoning
1pkg of soft flour tortillas
1pkg of shredded taco cheese
1pkg salad or 1pkg lettuce
sauce of your choice sour cream etc; I chose bacon ranch dressing


Heat the Tyson grilled ready seasoned steak strips as package directs. Then add the El Paso fajita sauce pkg. as directed. Then place on a tortilla some steak, salad or lettuce, cheese and sauce of your choice. Viola! Fajitas! serve with side salad and chicken or beef flavored rice. Afterward have a nice cold margarita!



Ultimate Frozen Strawberry Margarita

"A near perfect strawberry margarita with frozen strawberries and limeade concentrate."
INGREDIENTS:
6 fluid ounces tequila
2 fluid ounces triple sec
8 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in
syrup
4 fluid ounces frozen limeade
concentrate
DIRECTIONS:
1.Fill a blender with ice and crush. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the strawberries and limeade. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve in margarita glasses with the rims dipped in powdered sugar.

Banana Pudding III

"A no-cook version made with instant vanilla pudding mix, whipped cream and condensed milk -- and, of course, bananas and vanilla wafer cookies!"
INGREDIENTS:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed
milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla
pudding mix
2 cups heavy cream
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup lemon juice
36 vanilla wafers
DIRECTIONS:
1.In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk and water. Beat in pudding mix until smooth. Chill in refrigerator 5 minutes.
2.In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into chilled pudding mixture.
3.Dip sliced bananas in lemon juice. Shake off excess.
4.In a 2 1/2 quart serving bowl, spoon 1 cup pudding mixture. Top with one-third each of the wafers, bananas and remaining pudding. Repeat layers twice. Chill until serving.
